An Australian representative rhythmic Gymnast and award winning musician, Madeline's passion has always lived in artistic pursuits. From an early age Madeline's talent in music was well nurtured and highly regarded, achieving acclaim in community orchestras, Brisbane eisteddfods, and through many solo performances. Her musical talents were encouraged by tutelage from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, where she received much praise for her successful studies.
During her time at the Conservatorium, Madeline found a method of combining her fervor for movement and music through the study of Dalcroze Eurthrymics. Various scholarships from the Dalcroze Societies of Australia and the United Kingdom provided her with the opportunity to pursue this discovery through study at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester.
During her time at the RNCM, Madeline began work with Artis Education working as a Performing Arts Specialist, providing advice to teachers as to creative methods of delivering the National Curriculum in Dance, Drama and Music. Madeline is currently teaching in various capacities at schools and institutions throughout the Greater Manchester region and working as a consultant to many educational organizations assisting with the development of courses for children and adults.
